Juanita Rodriguez a graduate of UT in Austin Texas has been a professional in the dental industry for nearly 12 years. With initial plans to pursue a career in dentistry as a hygentist, life changed direction with a growing family and she found herself redirecting her passion and energy for the dental industry by seeking opportunities to grow existing dental practices. Excelling as a dental assistant, she quickly grew her role in the practices she worked in and ultimately became a business manager in one of the top dental practices in the Ausin Metro area. As the demand for Juanita grew, Virtuouz Dental Consultants was developed and is now a successful dental consulting firm, serving over 100 different practices in the Austin Metro area and surrounding areas.
Juanit's commitment to results-driven best practices is the platform she has built her business and team around. Virtuouz Dental Consultants is client focused - both for single office and multi-office practices. Her broad range of experience allows her to develop strategies and infrastructure support for each unique client setting. This is achieved with the expertise and knowledge base of a national firm, but with the benefit of local hands-on support. An avid runner, Juanita uses her marathon training as an analogy for her business -- commit to the race, stay determined, and cross the finish line.
